2 UK CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWS AND 1 FCI EUROPEAN WINNERS DOG SHOW AND 1 SPECIAL UK CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW FOR IRISH BREEDS.
Come to Bath Championship Show, travel on to Dublin to the European Winners Show (FCI) (to include the UK Kennel Club’s Championship Show for Irish Native Breeds) and return via the UK to Southern Counties Championship Show.
All 4 shows offer the UK and European exhibitors the opportunity to win UK CC’s Irish Green Stars and FCI CACIB’s all in a mater of a few days. Bath Canine Society, Southern Counties Canine Society and the Irish Kennel Club are working together to enable exhibitors wishing to take advantage of this unique quartet of shows, the very best information on Ferries and accommodation.
The circuit starts at Bath Canine Society Championship Show Friday 22nd May Toy & Terrier, Saturday 23rd May Gundogs, Sunday Working & Pastoral and Bank Holiday Monday 25th May Utility & Hounds. Bath Canine has its own Caravan Park, open several days prior to the start of the show, with parking for two hundred vans or more. Check out the sites in our links section for accommodation: Bath is located 190 miles (300km) from Dover, however there are dozens of ferry routes into the UK. And of course the EuroTunnel. Bath is a town steeped in History, the site of the original Roman Baths and the ancient and beautiful Abbey. See out Links section for places to see and things to do during your stay in Bath.
Bath showground is located just a few miles from the beautiful city centre, but should you wish to stay at the ground there will be entertainment provided from Friday to Sunday. A licensed bar and buffet will be open each evening until midnight, and music, quizzes and karaoke will be taking place along with a supper dance on the Saturday night. Bath Schedules will be available to download by the end of December 2008 and entries will close for the show on Wednesday 1st April or online midday Friday 10th April.
Next stop Ireland, the magical Emerald Isle, This year (2009) The Irish Kennel Club is host to The European Winners Dog Show over 3 days, this show is run under FCI rules and is classed as an International Championship Show with CACIB’s on offer as well as Irish Green Stars,and starts on Saturday 30th May. UK exhibitors must have their dogs registered with the IKC or any other FCI body. The IKC site is at http://ikc.ie/index.php

Southern Counties is the final stop in this unique round of UK, Irish and International shows. Located at the Newbury Showground in the heart of England just 150 km from Dover. www.corsini.co.uk Friday 5th June Gundog & Utility, Saturday 6th June Hound, Terrier & Toy, Sunday 7th June Working & Pastoral. Southern Counties also has parking for many caravans and the site is usually open several days before the show. Schedules will be available early January 2009.
