Showground The showground extends to over 40 acres of quite level ground in a wonderful position overlooking the beautiful Roman City of Bath. The main showing area is 15 acres with a backdrop of mixed mature trees some as high as 80 feet. The field is known as the Three Shires Field, and is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The meeting of the three counties is marked by a special structure erected in 1859 and is seen nearest to the road in the eastern corner. The car park, which now has several hard roads can accomodate over 3000 cars and is adjacent to the main showground. Right next to the car park is our caravan and motorhome park, this land will take over 200 caravans, all with room for awnings. We have built a hard road right through the field ensuring that all traffic runs free.
